Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are hiring a part-time LCSW with geriatric behavioral health experience to provide psycho-social services in long-term care facilities in Manitowoc, WI.

• Qualifications include a Master's degree from an accredited university, full state licensure, and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare settings like nursing homes.
• Responsibilities involve conducting evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment through individual, group, and family therapies, seeing 10-15 patients daily, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
