Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Seeking a part-time LCSW with geriatric behavioral health experience for a clinical social worker role in long-term care facilities in Manitowoc, WI.

• Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of nursing home residents.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapies, seeing 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling for work-life balance.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and continuity.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and documentation standards.
• Qualifications include a Master’s degree, full state license, and 1-2 years of experience.
