Social Work Options Counselor | MI Options Program
Reliance Community Care Partners
Reliance Community Care Partners (Reliance CCP) has a unique opportunity for a Social Worker to work within their new program: MI Options! The Options Counselor offers flexibility to work from your home office and make in-person visits to participants who reside within your assigned territory.
