Experteer Overview In this role you will audit and resolve payment discrepancies within AAA Club Alliance's Roadside Assistance operations, ensuring accurate billing and preventing duplicate payments. You will review service calls, reimbursements, and activity to identify trends and potential abuse, reporting findings to management. You will manage billing inquiries, collections, and month-end close support, collaborating with internal teams and RAP providers. You will contribute to compliance and data accuracy while supporting process improvements and special projects. This role offers hybrid work in multiple locations and a clear path to impact member services. Compensation / Benefits • Audit duplicate calls, service tickets, exception reports, and payment codes; make payment decisions and adjustments as needed • Review no-service calls, tow mileage, reimbursements, and member/contractor activity to prevent duplicate payments and identify trends or potential abuse; report findings to management and SIU • Manage service confirmations, billing inquiries, credit card and special billing calls, daily allocations, and collections; support Treasury with disputed transactions • Process reciprocal and affiliate billings, maintain call documentation, and coordinate with RAP providers to ensure accurate and timely billing information; resolve discrepancies and disputes • Perform monthly account analysis and receivable reconciliations, maintain accounting records and journals, and monitor programs for data accuracy and compliance • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to resolve issues, support training and process improvements, and assist with month/year-end close, reporting, special projects, and other departmental needs • Assist with departmental month and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal vouchers and advising manager of current balances • Complete special projects, assist throughout the department as needed and back-up manager for month end closing process Tasks • Completion of a high school degree and a minimum of four years' experience as a dispatcher or equivalent • Knowledge of Roadside Assistance dispatch systems and operations • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access • Thorough geographical knowledge of operating region and ability to read and interpret maps • Must possess effective analytical, problem solving and communication (written and oral) skills • Must demonstrate ability to handle sensitive situations involving financial issues and service discrepancies via constructive interaction with internal and external contacts • Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet multiple deadlines • Ability to meet departmental attendance standards, work weekends and overtime as necessitated by weather and or business conditions Key requirements • Comprehensive health benefits package • Up to three weeks of paid time off • Annual Bonus Plan • 401(K) plan with company match up to 7% • Professional development opportunities and tuition reimbursement • Free AAA Premier Membership
