Experteer Overview In this leadership role, you will deliver evidence-based psychiatric care within a corrections setting and guide a multidisciplinary mental health team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve inmate well-being and safety, while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. You will collaborate with correctional and healthcare staff to coordinate care and address emergent needs. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, staff development, and trauma-informed approaches to reduce recidivism and improve mental health outcomes.
