Licensed Therapist for Head of Service- LMFT/LPCC/ LCSW *Sign on Bonus $7,500*

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist for a full-time Head of Service role in Lancaster, CA, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus and a salary range of $95,000–$105,000. This onsite position, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, involves providing clinical oversight, supervision, and training to a mental health team working with youth and families, including those involved in juvenile justice and foster care. Responsibilities include case consultation, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring documentation compliance with DMH and Probation standards, and supporting staff in meeting billing and quality assurance goals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, be licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC), and skilled in trauma-informed care. Requirements include a valid CA driver’s license, availability for crisis work and evening hours, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
