Keystone Pediatric Behavioral Health is a behavioral health practice providing diagnostic evaluations and mental health services to children impacted by autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions, as well as their families. We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Interventionists to provide direct, evidence-based clinical care.

Behavior Interventionists deliver services using ABA-based approaches such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Naturalistic Teaching, Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Discrete Trial Instruction (DTI), and other evidence-based strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy services in home, school, and/or community settings
  • Co-facilitate social skills groups
  • Collaborate with a team of therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
  • Support the development of language, play, social, and cognitive skills
  • Reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based interventions
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress
  • Attend weekly supervision meetings
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training

Availability

  • Part-time and full-time positions available
  • Afternoon and evening availability preferred

Job Requirements: (Entry Level Position)

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle (required)
  • Ability to pass FBI and DOJ background checks
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • College coursework in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field (preferred not required)
  • Energetic, compassionate, and dependable
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys working with children, families, and as part of a team
