```Duties:```
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Assist clients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing necessary resources and support services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay current on relevant medical terminology, diagnostic codes (ICD-9, ICD-10), and HIPAA regulations

-Submit all clinical notes within 24 hours of therapy sessions

- Proficient in data collection and analysis for treatment planning purposes
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles

Qualifications:

• ASW/MFT License in California and accruing clinical hours towards licensure
• Experience with direct therapy of individuals, couples and groups including assessment, diagnosing, and treatment planning
• Adult talk therapy experience is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable employee who can provide consistent therapeutic services to clients
