ICAN-B Telehealth BCBAs enjoy 100% remote work!

ICAN-B Telehealth BCBAs provide services in a three-tier clinical model with each client team having a behavior technician and a mid-tier clinician (supervisee).

BCBAs at ICAN-B have:

- Tiered (and attainable!) billable bonus structure ranging from $500 - $1,500 every month

- Small caseloads

- Monthly group clinical meetings including case reviews, article reviews, and ethics training

- A diverse group of BCBA peers and colleagues to consult with, learn with, and work with!

- Paid opportunities to design and deliver their own CEU content to their peers

- ICAN-B-provided structures for supervised fieldwork for supervisees accruing fieldwork hours

ICAN-B is a clinician-owned ABA agency that serves families in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Orange County, and the Inland Empire via in-home, school-based, and center-based services as well as social skills and group caregiver training. ICAN-B and its mascot, Ziggy, also have their own YouTube channel with music videos for kids, video models of different skills for children, and educational content for caregivers.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBAs in good standing with 2+ years experience in the field of ABA
  • Experience providing supervision to behavior technicians
  • Experience conducting culturally-responsive, individualized, and effective caregiver training and support
  • Highly preferred (although not required as training and oversight can be provided) to have experience providing supervision to mid-tier clinicians accruing supervised fieldwork hours
  • Vietnamese or Spanish bilingual preferred!

Educational Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university
  • Preferred (but not required) to have completed 8-Hour Supervision Training completed at time of hire
