Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavioral intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This position involves conducting assessments, supervising behavioral therapy sessions, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to patient care and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and inform treatment modifications.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff involved in client care.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client evaluations.
  • Ensure ethical practice by adhering to BACB guidelines and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Master's Degree
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 26 per week
