Hidden Light ABA is looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Durham, North Carolina.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, clinic, or community settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data and track client progress
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
• Be a source of encouragement, patience, and consistency for your clients

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
• Experience with Autistic children and ABA preferred

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
