Experteer Overview As a Clinical Psychologist and Behavioral Health Consultant, you will support the PCBH program within the Clinic and BHSOC, collaborating with primary care teams to integrate mental health care. You will deliver brief, problem-focused and group interventions, and use CBT and psychoeducation to help patients with chronic medical and behavioral health concerns. You will provide clinical consultation to physicians and staff, and educate clinic teams on PCBH principles. This role offers meaningful impact through improving access to mental health care in primary care within a military medical setting. Compensation / Benefits • Provide individual and group treatment using brief, problem-focused modalities, CBT, and psychoeducation • Assess and intervene for patients with chronic medical conditions and behavioral health issues affecting medical outcomes • Conduct psychological evaluations and develop initial treatment plans within PCBH framework • Offer psychological and clinical consultation to physicians, staff, and paraprofessionals through established channels • Provide feedback on consultation findings and recommendations to Primary Care Managers as directed • Educate clinic staff on principles of primary care behavioral health via trainings and briefings Tasks • Doctoral degree in clinical psychology (Ph.D. or equivalent) • Current, active, unrestricted clinical psychology license • Specialized experience in psychological evaluations, treatment planning, and counseling (1+ year) • Ability to perform assessments and interventions across a range of behavioral health issues in medical settings • Background check and adherence to military healthcare requirements (BLS, immunizations) Key requirements •
