- The salary range is based on experience ($63,500 to $79,400+/year)

- Work as part of the integrated health team to treat patients with emotional and/or health problems efficiently and effectively.
- This position will be 50% in-clinic and 50% at the local elementary school.
- Consult with interdisciplinary team of primary care and behavioral health providers
- Provide access to behavioral health to patients through brief solution focused interventions, while generating internal and external referrals for specialty behavioral medicine/treatments.
- Maintain records that document interventions provided in accordance with program requirements and guidelines.
- Participate in evaluation and training of peers and support staff. Also, monitor behavioral health programs, identify problems related to patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
- EMR – Athena Practice
- Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, or related field.
- Clear and active License in Washington
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Candidates with a completed Masters degree along with strong relevant experience may be considered if they do not have licensure (must be willing to obtain WA licensure).
- Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred, but not required.
- Ability to enter and manage data into a centralized electronic health records system
