TITLE: Service Integration Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Crisis Services and Community Programs
STATUS: Exempt
REPORTS TO: Vice President, Crisis Services and Community Programs
SALARY GRADE: 4

POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Integration Coordinator supports YWCA Central West Michigan’s mission by advancing organizational alignment and ensuring seamless service delivery across all Crisis and Community Programs. This position works closely with the Vice President of Crisis Services and Community Programs to streamline workflows, reduce program silos, and enhance cross-departmental communication.
The coordinator fosters collaboration and alignment among staff and programs so that survivors experience consistent, trauma-informed, and equitable support from the first point of contact through the continuum of YWCA services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Crisis Services and Community Programs to align strategic goals, communication, and workflows across all departments.
  • Provide direct crisis response coverage through hotline support, referrals, and follow-up coordination, ensuring adherence to trauma-informed best practices.
  • Facilitate integration meetings, cross-team communication, and shared learning to strengthen interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Assess systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improved coordination; propose and implement process enhancements.
  • Work with VP of Crisis Services & Community Programs and Executive Assistant to document and standardize procedures for referrals, follow-up, and client service tracking.
  • Use data and staff input to support continuous quality improvement and inform system alignment strategies.
  • Support training initiatives that reinforce equity, trauma-informed care, and consistent service standards across all programs.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between departments to promote clarity, understanding, and joint problem-solving.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • High School Diploma minimum degree required.
  • Nonprofit experienced serving domestic violence and intimate partner violence survivors
  • Minimum of (2) years of experience in crisis intervention, advocacy, human services, or program coordination.
  • Experience in systems improvement or cross-departmental coordination preferred.

  • Solid understanding of trauma-informed and survivor-centered care.
  • Facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
