At Coastal Connecticut Counseling, we are a clinician-owned, community centered private practice where mental health care is meant to feel human, supportive, and accessible. We are seeking a full-time, salaried associate-level clinician who holds an active LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A licenseand has experience working with children and families. This role is well-suited for an early-career clinician looking for strong clinical support, meaningful work, and steady structure while continuing to grow professionally. Availability for evening and/or weekend hours is required to best meet the needs of the families we serve.

In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based individual and family therapy, collaborate closely with caregivers and community partners, and participate in a supportive team environment that values learning, reflection, and ethical care. Clinicians are supported with complimentary supervision toward full licensure, administrative and billing support, and systems that allow you to focus on your clinical work.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
