Job Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct support and behavioral interventions in clients' homes
• Collect data on client progress and report findings to the supervising BCBA
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families
• Help develop social and communication skills for clients

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay starts at $20/hour
• Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week or Part-Time: 10-30 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Location: Indiana

Skills & Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification (Required)
• Experience in ABA therapy (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Expected Hours: At least 15 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
