We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental differences and a strong understanding of behavioral and emotional health in children.
Job Summary
The LCSW will provide therapeutic support, behavioral and emotional guidance, and family collaboration to promote the overall well-being of our clients. This position involves both individual and group counseling, as well as partnership with our multidisciplinary therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Facilitate social and emotional skill-building groups to support growth and regulation.
- Offer crisis management and behavioral support as needed, maintaining a calm and compassionate approach.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and professional documentation standards.
- Collaborate with occupational, physical, and speech therapists to deliver coordinated care.
- Partner with families and caregivers to promote consistency and progress across environments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and child development.
- Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
- Proficient in crisis management and de-escalation techniques.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality care.
