Ro Health is hiring talented Behavioral Technicians to work with students for the current school year!This role focuses on providing behavioral support in a school setting, specifically leverage implementation of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), with students ranging in grade level from pre-K to high school. - Location: School Districts within the greater Sacramento Area, and Elk grove!
- Hours: 8am - 3pm, hours may vary depending on term
- Compensation: $20- $27/ hour depending on experience
- Behavior Technician: 20 - 23/ hour depending on years of experience
- Registered Behavior Technician: 24 - 27/ hour depending on years of experience.
- Start date: ASAP
- Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity:
- As a 1:1 support: you would be going to each class with your student to provide behavioral and educational support throughout the day. 1:1 supporters are responsible to ensure their student is on task and working towards their behavioral goals.
- General classroom supports: providers who are assigned to work with a single teacher or classroom. In this role, providers will support wherever they are needed most by the teacher. Typically every day looks different in this position, and you may be working with several different students throughout your day.
- Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
- Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
- Toileting assistance
- Associates Degree
- ABA experience
- Strong assessment skills
- Willingness to assist in students’ learning processes
- CPR certification
- Inclination to work well in a team environment

- Previous experience in schools
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) card
