Supervise up to 5 Social Workers and 2 Case Aides, each managing caseloads of up to 10 families Conduct monthly case supervision and weekly professional development sessions Ensure documentation aligns with ACS program standards and indicators Support the development of comprehensive assessments addressing substance use and mental health needs Monitor family engagement, behavioral progress, and in-home functioning to meet performance-based outcomes Oversee service delivery efforts, including weekly casework contacts and compliance tracking Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master's Degree in Human Services and at least two years of relevant child welfare experience. Working knowledge of ACS Prevention Standards and Policies, as well as CONNECTIONS and PROMIS data systems. Flexibility to meet changing needs and demands. Fluency in Spanish and English a Plus.
