Position Overview
Applied ABC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, center-based ABA services in our center in our Bronx center. This role offers consistent in-building cases, professional stability, and the opportunity to play a key part in the growth of a future ABA center.
Responsibilities
Provide BCBA oversight for center-based cases
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
Supervise behavior technicians (RBTs/BTs) and maintain high clinical standards
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams within the facility
Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and Applied ABC clinical protocols
Work in-person in a single facility location for consistent caseload management
Contribute to planning and development as the organization expands and opens new center locations
Compensation & Structure
Annual rate: $100k
Consistent center-based, in-building caseload
Strong growth potential, including involvement in opening and supporting future centers
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Active licensure or eligibility
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work on-site in a structured facility environment
Job Type: Full-time
