Resident Advisor
Be the Difference. Build a Future.
Good Counsel is more than a home — it’s a new beginning.
Through our programs, every woman receives the life skills training and support she needs to build a stable, independent future. We provide a nurturing home for pregnant mothers and their children, walking alongside them as they learn, grow, and thrive as strong, successful parents.
If you love babies, enjoy creating a warm, welcoming environment, and have a heart for mentoring women in need, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
We are guided by our core values of dignity of human life, integrity, excellence, respect, inclusivity, and collaboration. If these resonate with you, we’d love for you to join us in transforming lives.
