Position Overview: Head of Clinical Quality & Programs (Psychologist Role)

We are seeking an exceptional psychologist to serve as Head of Clinical Quality & Programs, a hybrid role that combines:

1. A full clinical caseload (primary responsibility)

25 patients per week
(25 × 45-minute sessions = 18.75 clinical hours/week)

2. A small but important leadership component

3–4 hours per week focused on:

  • Documentation quality
  • Clinical fidelity
  • Program development
  • Compliance auditing
  • Quality improvement initiatives

This role ensures the highest standard of clinical excellence across the practice.
It is not a supervisory or operations role.

We already have:

  • Head of Supervision – handles all supervision
  • Operations & Growth Manager – handles operations, systems, caseload pipelines
  • Crisis management team – manages emergencies

Your role focuses on maintaining practice-wide clinical quality, documentation excellence, and integrative fidelity.

Training: Hypnosis, EMDR, Eating Disorders, Psychedelics & More

No prior training in these modalities is required — only enthusiasm for integrative therapy.

  • Clinical hypnosis (ASCH/SCEH/approved programs)
  • Eating disorder treatment
  • Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (prep/integration)

We cover:

  • All course fees
  • Your training time (fully paid)
  • Travel, lodging, and meals for national conferences

Training typically takes place during the first 4–6 weeks and continues throughout the first year.

Even though this is a leadership role, it does not involve supervising clinicians. Instead, you will collaborate with:

  • Head of Supervision – for clinical development alignment
  • Operations & Growth Manager – for documentation workflows & systems
  • Owner – for strategic and clinical guidance

All clinicians participate in:

  • Weekly or biweekly team meetings
  • Small-group case consultations
  • Ongoing training
