Are you passionate about helping individuals with autism succeed? We’re looking for caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our growing ABA team
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized behavior plans
- Collect data and track client progress
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Work closely with families and clinical supervisors
Requirements
- Completion of a 40-hour RBT course is a must (RBT certification preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with ASD is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans accurately
- Understanding of and adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
