Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Overview
Are you passionate about helping individuals with autism succeed? We’re looking for caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our growing ABA team

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized behavior plans
• Collect data and track client progress
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Work closely with families and clinical supervisors

Requirements

• Completion of a 40-hour RBT course is a must (RBT certification preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans accurately
• Understanding of and adherence to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
