Position Summary
StarBright ABA is seeking a caring, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). No certification yet? No problem ! We provide full training and support to help you obtain your RBT credential.
As a BT/RBT, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and implement treatment plans designed and supervised by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will be part of a skilled, supportive, and fun team of RBTs, working collaboratively to make meaningful differences in children’s lives.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, center, or community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Follow behavior intervention strategies as trained
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
- Maintain client dignity, safety, and compassionate care at all times

- Must pass background checks and required clearances
