Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the supervision of the Social Work Manger and Director of Case Management/ERSW, assists in the functions of the day to day department operations concurrently with maintaining a patient load. Promotes positive patient, employee and physician satisfaction staying vigilant to the ICARE Values. The Supervisor will assist the department Social Work Manager to meet productivity, interview new applicants, provide staff orientation, continued education of staff competencies, processes and procedures.

Experience required

• 3 - 5 years: recent experience as a Social Worker in an acute care setting

EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Master’s Degree-Major: Social Work

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
