Compensation:$45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
- You will interview 50+ potential clients per day by phone, e-mail, and text.
- You must be extremely organized, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- You will use our law firm software, Litify, and all Windows applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- We expect our candidates to be tech-savvy and willing to learn our systems.
- Sales or customer service experience highly valued
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- Previous legal experience highly valued
- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
- Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus
