A contract position is available for a School Psychologist to support three elementary campuses in the Plano area. This itinerant role requires regular visits across multiple schools located in East and Central Plano, offering dynamic opportunities to work within a supportive educational environment.

Location: Elementary schools in Plano, TXJob Duration: January 6, 2025 May 22, 2026 (Contract for the school year)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and provide comprehensive reports.
  • Attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to collaborate on student needs.
  • Participate in Student Support Meetings to determine assessment requirements.
  • Manage a caseload across three elementary campuses, ensuring in-person testing at school sites.
  • Utilize an on-site workspace for report writing, with flexibility to complete some paperwork remotely.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Licensed School Psychologist with experience in elementary education settings.
  • Strong assessment and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to manage an itinerant schedule and travel between campuses efficiently.
  • Familiarity with ARD process and student support protocols.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, parents, and staff.
