Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in PARIS AND neighboring cities in Texas. The ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs

- Collect and record data on patient behavior

- Monitor the progress of patients and provide feedback to BCBAs

- Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with patients

- Assist with parent training and support

- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities

- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or community settings as needed
