Training Wheels ABA is a growing behavioral health organization providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are hiring a dedicated In-Home BCBA to serve families in the Central Austin and South Austin regions. This role is ideal for a BCBA who loves autonomy, clinical creativity, and the ability to make a direct impact through home-based ABA services.
Position Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs/behavior technicians, and providing ongoing parent training. This full-time position offers consistent hours, strong team support, and a manageable caseload designed to support high-quality care.
This role includes travel to client homes within the Central and South Austin service areas.

Competitive salary: $75,000–$85,000 (experience-based)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Provide ongoing supervision of RBTs/Behavior Technicians in the home setting
Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance
Monitor progress through data analysis and make program adjustments
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and clinical best practices
Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain documentation and session notes in accordance with clinical guidelines

Required Qualifications
Active BCBA certification, in good standing
Ability to obtain and maintain any Texas state requirements for practicing ABA
Experience supervising ABA programs and RBTs
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to travel throughout Central & South Austin (required for in-home role)
Reliable transportation
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Early intervention or preschool ABA experience
Experience with in-home ABA services
Familiarity with play-based or naturalistic teaching strategies
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
