Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- Bilingual (Spanish) 1-5PM

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain thorough medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide support to children in various settings, including home, school, or community environments.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong data collection skills to monitor client progress effectively.
• Ability to educate clients and families on behavioral strategies in a clear and supportive manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
