Shifts: Must be able to work evening/ overnight shifts M-F, day/night shifts on weekends and holidays. *Resting is permitted during night shifts*
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma; human services experience preferred.
Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs; climb stairs; perform daily cleaning tasks.
Communication: Strong verbal/written skills; supportive and professional demeanor.
Computer: Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet use.
Other: Must align with Tri-County Safe Harbor’s mission and pass a background check.

Responsibilities
Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and emotional support to residential and non-residential clients.
Conduct client intakes, departures, and maintain confidentiality.
Respond to crisis and referral calls; maintain accurate records and reports.
Foster client independence and empowerment through supportive services.
Assist in training new staff and volunteers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure shelter environment (indoor/outdoor upkeep).
Attend staff meetings and communicate client or facility concerns to leadership.
Organize donations and pantry supplies.
Collaborate with community partners and uphold agency policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.48 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 27 per week
