Per Diem Behavior Consultant BCBA (Part-Time)
Rate: $65/hour — paid for billable hours only
Schedule: Evenings and weekends only
Location: Various in-home and community-based cases across South Jersey

About the Role
Interactive Kids is seeking experienced BCBAs to join our Elementary Learners team. As a Part-Time, Per Diem, Behavior Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients and families in their homes or communities to provide high-quality, individualized ABA consultation services during evenings and weekends.
This flexible role is perfect for professionals looking to pick up hours around another job or gain experience with in-home services — while still being part of a supportive, mission-driven team.

What You Can Expect
  • Evening and weekend cases only
  • Minimum of 10 hours of availability required
  • Sick time accrual (as per NJ law)
  • Must complete 8-hour supervision training prior to start date
  • Access to free CEUs if attending PD days (optional, unpaid)
  • NSO stipend provided
  • Crisis and CPR available at no cost (unpaid time)

Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Minimum of 1-year BCBA Experience providing ABA consultation in home or community settings, Required
  • Ability to function independently as a consultant
  • Availability between 2:30 and 8 pm on weekdays with some weekend hours
  • Maintain between 10 and 31 billable hours per
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to complete required onboarding prior to first session
