Qualifications:-

Do you have what it takes? Although we don’t require specific experience, we do look for certain characteristics, including:

• A genuine desire to help children with autism and their families achieve goals.
• A steady supply of compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability.
• Strong curiosity and a desire to learn about autism and ABA.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with autistic kids (preferred, not required)
• Willing to travel to home-based sessions

Who You Are:-

• Energetic and wants to work with autistic kids
• Wants to learn about the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• May have prior experience working with children or are looking for your first job working with them
• Looking for a part-time position with opportunities to increase your hours over time on an evening shift.

Responsibilities:-

• Behavior technician will support and implement patient care plans
• Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 Behavioral intervention programs in the home-based setting.
• Develop rapport, communicate effectively, and collaborate with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst & family members involved with the client’s treatment
• Behavior Technician will collect Behavioral data
