Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals and families in need. This role involves providing support, guidance, and resources to clients facing various challenges, including mental health issues, addiction, and family dynamics. The Licensed Social Worker will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and management services to clients in urgent situations.
• Facilitate behavioral health services, ensuring clients receive appropriate care and resources.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive change in clients' lives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Experience

• A valid state license in social work is required.
• Background in behavioral health services, including mental health assessments and treatment planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
