Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based position in Fairfield, Michigan. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' academic, emotional, and behavioral development through assessment, direct services, and collaboration with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning

• Collaborate with IEP teams to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Provide short-term counseling, behavioral support, and crisis intervention services

• Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to support students educational and emotional needs

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations through accurate and timely record-keeping

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
