About the Role
In this leadership role, you will guide the delivery of high-quality, individualized EIDBI services while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work with families, supervise staff, and contribute to positive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with EIDBI program guidelines and state regulations.
- Review and approve Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Evaluations (CMDE).
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to staff.
- Support licensure, compliance efforts, and best practices within the organization.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Relevant licensure: LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, a psychologist licensed by the Board of Psychology or equivalent in Minnesota.
- Proven expertise in EIDBI services, compliance, and evidence-based practices.
- Experience in clinical supervision and completing CMDEs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: $97,184.00 - $112,968.00 per year
