Hybrid Opportunity
This position is primarily on-site to support collaboration and client care. However, we recognize that flexibility is essential — some administrative and planning tasks can be completed remotely, allowing you to benefit from a hybrid schedule that combines in-person impact with at-home focus time.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure quality implementation and positive outcomes.
• Collaborate side by side with our clinical team — instead of supervising Behavior Technicians, you’ll focus on training and supporting them for success.
• Work closely with individuals to encourage socially meaningful behaviors that help them thrive in their communities.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (completed)
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology
• At least 1 year of experience with special populations, crisis intervention, and staff training
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach
• Ability to build rapport quickly and foster positive relationships
• Knowledge of ABA principles, program development, and monitoring techniques
