Responsibilities

• Meet with clients individually to complete a therapeutic assessment, develop detailed, comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide both individual and group therapy.
• Teach psycho-educational groups.
• Complete required documentation of services and work performed within time frame of agency standards.
• Be available via text for client-patient support.
• Assist clinic management with hiring, training and supervising location staff.
• Work as a team to ensure the practice runs effectively and meets objectives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling from an accredited University/College
• Highly organized, self-motivated, collaborative and proactive.
• Must demonstrate compassion, flexibility and dependability.
• Must have ability to pass a background check.
• Postpartum Support International trained a plus.
• Trauma, EMDR, Grief/Loss, Gottman Method trained a plus but we will help the therapists with training.
• Prior practice management experience preferred.

Salary range is based on 4-5 days of work per week. A typical schedule is 4-5 clients and running the intensive outpatient group with the clients and other therapists.

Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per clinical hour (Depending on licensure, experience, and case load).

Flexible Schedules to meet the needs of the therapists. We know our therapists have lives outside of work and self-care is important to us. We typically work 9-5 and have one evening group on Wednesdays.
