Residential Aides NEEDED FOR ALL SHIFTS - DAY, EVENING AND OVERNIGHT ( 8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM). 2+ YRS RESIDENTIAL AIDE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, WORKING IN A SHELTER ENVIRONMENT IS A BIG PLUS. IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Duties:
- Provide direct support and care to residents in a residential setting
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Document resident activities, progress, and any incidents or concerns

Skills:
- Experience in direct support or caregiving
- Knowledge of ADLs and ability to assist residents with these tasks
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
