Overview
We are seeking a passionate well organized person to join our agency who fits the culture of our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. Overseeing and scheduling of HHA and PCA aides to all cases. Act as a liaison between patients, Managed Long Tern Care Plans and agency. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting patient health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and referrals as needed.
- Staffing cases with Home Health Aids.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care plans, treatment options, and any necessary medical information.
- Communicating with agency Home health Aids to ensure their satisfaction and compliance.
- Utilize medical terminology to facilitate clear communication within the team and with patients.
- Provide support in both medical office settings as required, ensuring a seamless experience for all patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in office administrative support functions, including data entry and record management.
