A K-12 school in Georgetown, DE, is seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a contracted school year position. This role focuses on supporting students educational and emotional needs within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
  • Assist in identifying learning disabilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations.
