Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

For the full school year, our partnerschool around Yelm, Washington, is looking for an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We're seeking for a motivated applicant to support our Special Education students.

About the Position:

• Current School Year: September 2025 - June 2026
• Full-Time: up to 40 hours per week
• Caseload: overseeing throughout the district, specific details will be discussed during the interview process
• Pay Range: $40 - $60 per hour, depending on previous experience
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians and other support staff, ensuring the proper implementation of behavior plans and effective skill acquisition procedures.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and educators, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients with complex needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, behavior plans, and intervention strategies.

About You:

• Must have a Masters Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field
• Must hold a National BCBA Certification
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
