Reception/Care Coordinator, Part Time

Requirements:

Experience with customer service both in person and on the phone

Able to maintain compassion and empathy to all clients while using a frequently demanding multiline phone system, returning voicemails, greeting and checking clients in and out of appointments

Ability to quickly learn and efficiently use medical management software

Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Skilled in communication and cooperation with a supportive team

Basic cash, check handling and typing skills

Knowledge of dogs, cats, horses and agricultural animals is ideal but not required.

Compensation & benefits:

$19.00 to 20.00 per hour DOE
