We are seeking two full-time therapists to join our team! We are a small but growing private practice treating both community clients and clients residing in residential care homes.

1) Current position available: looking to hire an LMSW, LCSW or LPCA to treat community clients in person or telemedicine. Office locations include Avon, Old Saybrook and Torrington, CT.

I highly value continuing education and enjoy mentoring new therapists in finding their niche/ treatment modality. Offering training in EMDR, CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy and DBT as well as supervision towards LCSW. 1099 or W2 options available. Flexible schedule.

2) Current available position: We have an immediate need to fill a position based out of Litchfield and Waterbury CT treating adults with major mental illness residing in residential care facilities. Treating older adults with severe and persistent mental illness is a passion of mine and I'm looking for a clinician to join my team. This is a perfect opportunity for a new graduate or newer therapist to enter into a clinical role and develop clinical skills. I highly value continuing education and enjoy mentoring new therapists in finding their niche/ treatment modality. Offering training in EMDR, CBT and DBT as well as supervision towards LCSW. 1099 or W2 options available. Flexible schedule. Requirements: Must love adults with severe mental illness; experience in SNF or VNS a plus. Opportunity to grow and transition into treating community clients in the private practice/ community office location in Torrington and/ or remotely.

Requirements/ Duties

• Master's degree in social work.
• Provide individual therapy.
• Provide group therapy.
• Conduct individual assessments for clients.
• Complete treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team: APRN, Facility staff, VNS, Community agencies.
• Passion for continuing education.
