Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) 2025/2026 School Year
Location:Norwalk, Connecticut
Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday | 3537.5 hours/week

We areseeking two experienced and certified BCBAs to support students across multiple elementary schools during the 20252026 academic year. These are full-time, onsite positions focused on delivering high-quality behavioral support in an inclusive educational setting.
Position Details:
Full-time: 3537.5 hours/week
Work Days: MondayFriday
Each BCBA will serve 23 elementary schools
Schools are located in the same general area
Caseloads vary by school and will be discussed during the interview
Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Support staff in implementing behavioral strategies
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
Provide training and consultation to school personnel
Requirements:
Must hold active BCBA certification
Prior school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to supporting students with a variety of behavioral and learning needs
