Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) 2025/2026 School Year

We areseeking two experienced and certified BCBAs to support students across multiple elementary schools during the 20252026 academic year. These are full-time, onsite positions focused on delivering high-quality behavioral support in an inclusive educational setting.

Position Details:

• Full-time: 3537.5 hours/week

• Work Days: MondayFriday

• Each BCBA will serve 23 elementary schools

• Schools are located in the same general area

• Caseloads vary by school and will be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Support staff in implementing behavioral strategies

• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed

• Provide training and consultation to school personnel

Requirements:

• Must hold active BCBA certification

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

• Commitment to supporting students with a variety of behavioral and learning needs
