Location: Utah (In-person & Virtual Hybrid)

We are expanding our team and inviting fully licensed Marriage & Family Therapists, Clinical Mental Health Counselors, or Clinical Social Workers (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) to join us.

Qualifications

We encourage applications from therapists of all backgrounds. The ideal candidate has:

  • Current Utah licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC – no supervision required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) – highly preferred but not required
  • EMDR training, IFS, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy or other trauma-focused modalities (preferred but not required)
  • 40-Hour Sexual Assault Counselor Training (preferred but not required)
  • Commitment to a 2-year minimum with the agency
  • Comfort working with survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and marginalized populations
  • Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services

General Expectations

  • Conduct 18–23 therapy sessions per week
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Attend team meetings and trainings
  • Uphold professional ethics, organizational policies, and inclusive practices
  • Maintain active Utah licensure and liability insurance
  • Collaborate with a diverse and passionate clinical team

Compensation

  • $58 per clinical hour (fully licensed)
  • $60 per clinical hour with certifications (e.g., EMDR, IFS, SP)
  • $28 for late cancelled & no show client appointments (paid)
  • Bonus pay for completing initial client assessments on time
