Senior Behavior Analyst
- Train, instruct, model, and give feedback for new Behavior Analysts and/or Behavior Analysts in training on job responsibilities, including contract requirements, state rules related to behavior supports and staff training curricula
- Provide individual and group supervision as required by the BACB, including ensuring adequate hours and documentation
- Complete and maintain CEU requirements for supervision as outlined by the BACB
- Complete performance evaluations for all supervisees including those in training). Review includes quality checks and contract compliance
- Ensure supervisees' training is completed within established time frames
- Ensure supervisees maintain BACB certification and state licensure (as applicable)
- Plan, develop, and monitor behavior support plans and treatment goals to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
- Consult and teach support staff and management teams with ongoing training in line with Positive Behavior Supports and proactive strategies
- Work with an office space and provide on-site program visits frequently, giving observations and feedback
- Be visible and available to work with and develop direct support staff in understanding behavior interventions
- Attend team meetings and coordinate with outside agencies, day programs, medical professionals, support coordinators, and families as needed
- Create and maintain data collection and analysis
- Maintain and oversee ethical, professional, and person-centered standards
- High creativity and interpersonal skills
- Focus on developing positive relationships and holistic approaches
- Ability to travel to various locations across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah Counties

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
