Job Summary

We are looking for licensed psychotherapists (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) interested in providing psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele. In addition to clinical work, team members have the opportunity to mentor externs and grow into leadership positions within our expanding practice. Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure high-quality care

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field (or expected completion before start date).
• Licensed for independent practice in Utah as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Between $38.00-$43.00 per hour
