We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pre-Licensed Therapist (CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT) to join our growing mental health team. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, collaborative work culture, and competitive hourly compensation. Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based practices to support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional concerns.
• Collaborate with licensed clinicians and supervisors as part of a coordinated care approach.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and case consultations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Utah licensure as a CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT.
• Experience (including internships or practicum) working with a variety of mental health issues.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while receiving supervision.
• Commitment to professional growth and ethical practice.
